This particular image became quite popular, often being reproduced on various merchandise and appearing in art exhibitions. It's based on a series of photographs taken by Gavin Evans in 1995, during a photoshoot known as "The Session," where Evans aimed to create images connected to the idea of "see no evil," "hear no evil," and "speak no evil," which evolved into the "shush" pose.
